In the last 3 days I have read A Girl's Guide to Vampires, Sex and the Single Vampire, Sex, Lies and Vampires, and am now starting on Even Vampires Get the Blues (The Dark Ones, Book 4).


Have found very quickly read a trashy but funny vampire read, but cannot often read other books so fast. Perhaps I've found my thing. Strong funny quirky women being ravaged by vamps? Hrmph. I'd hoped I was deeper than that, but alas I'm apparently not. At least not if I want to finish a book quickly I'm not.

Golden Globe awards tonight, ones I'm excited about =

Heath Ledger won Supporting actor in a motion picture

Wall-E won Animated Film

Anna Paquin from True Blood won Best actress in a tv series Drama

30 Rock's wins though I like Office better than 30 Rock.

The John Adams' wins (Yes I was biased, but it was a good series)

I saw more movies in theaters this year and somehow I still missed most. I just don't see the movies they deem worthy of nominations. I'm not cool enough.
